    Our Accreditation Partner – IAS (International Accreditation Service)

    The International Accreditation Service (IAS) is a U.S.-based, non profit public-benefit corporation and a subsidiary of the International Code Council (ICC). It was founded in 1975 and is globally recognized for its role in accrediting certification bodies, laboratories, inspection agencies, and other conformity assessment bodies. IAS accreditation signifies that an organization operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011, which governs accreditation bodies responsible for evaluating conformity assessment bodies (CABs).

    IAS is a signatory to numerous international multilateral agreements, including:

    International Accreditation Forum (IAF)
    Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC)
    Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC)
    International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC)

    These MLAs/MRAs ensure that accreditations granted by IAS are recognized and accepted across all participating member countries. As a result, TNV’s certifications are globally credible and widely accepted by regulatory authorities, corporate entities, and government agencies.

    Scope of Accreditation – Management System Standards

    TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd. is accredited by IAS to provide certification services in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 (Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems), as well as relevant sector-specific technical documents.

    Under IAS accreditation, TNV is authorized to issue certificates for the following standards:

    1.ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System (QMS)
    2.ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System (EMS)
    3.ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)
    4.ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)
    5.ISO 27001:2013 – Information Security Management System (valid during transition)
    6.ISO 22301:2019 – Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
    7.ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)

    Transition Notice – ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022

    All certificates issued under ISO 27001:2013 must be transitioned to the revised ISO 27001:2022 version no later than 31 October 2025, as per IAF MD 26:2023. TNV has adopted formal transition protocols and supports clients in the migration process to ensure continuity of compliance and global recognition.

    Geographic Reach & Risk-Based Authorization

    TNV System Certification is permitted by IAS to provide certification services internationally, based on risk evaluation and operational readiness. TNV has completed audit delivery risk assessments and holds approval to conduct certification activities in the following regions:

    1.Asia: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Maldives, Taiwan, South Korea

    The approval to operate in these countries is based on IAS evaluation, TNV’s internal compliance protocols, and fulfillment of audit competence requirements in alignment with ISO/IEC 17021 guidelines.

    Certification Decision Process

    TNV maintains a documented and structured certification decision process that upholds impartiality and objectivity. After completion of the Stage 2 audit and closure of any identified nonconformities, the full audit file—including auditor findings and client responses—is independently reviewed by TNV’s Technical Review Committee. This committee operates separately from the audit team and ensures:

    1.The audit conclusions are supported by sufficient objective evidence
    2.The audit was conducted in accordance with relevant procedures and accreditation requirements
    3.The certification decision is fair, impartial, and aligned with international best practices

    Only after this comprehensive review is the final certification decision made and the certificate issued to the client. This accreditation statement is reviewed periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with IAS accreditation policies and international best practices.
