1. Right to Information and Transparency
Clients have the right to receive clear, complete, and timely information related to:
1. Certification services, scope, and sector-specific schemes offered by TNV
2. Accreditation status, applicable standards, and any limitations therein
3. Step-by-step details of the certification process: application, Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, recertification, and special audits
4. Fee structures with rational explanation for man-days, administrative charges, registration, reassessment, or travel expenses
5. Name and contact details of business associates, affiliates, and audit coordinators if applicable2. Right to Confidentiality
Clients are entitled to data protection and full confidentiality concerning:
1. Business-related documentation, process records, and internal policies
2. Sensitive audit findings, evidence, and NCR closure reports
3. Personnel information or proprietary data shared during audit or correspondence TNV ensures data security through strict internal controls and does not disclose information to third parties unless legally or contractually required (e.g., accreditation body oversight).3. 5. Listing on IAF CertSearch or equivalent platforms (as per accreditation availability)6. Right to Assessment Results and Documentation
Clients have the right to:
1. Receive written reports for each assessment stage, including Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, and special audits
2. Get all audit findings documented clearly, including any nonconformities and related closure timelines
3. Access records of decision-making, appeals, and recommendations from certification panels

Certified organizations have the right to receive:

3. Audit calendar updates including reminders for upcoming surveillance, transition, or recertification audits
4.
